How the idea started
I am a young Jordanian living abroad, but despite the distance, I have always carried a deep desire to leave a structured, meaningful, and helpful legacy in my beloved country. Whenever someone visits or resides in Amman, they need a trusted guide for their daily destinations: a great restaurant, a cozy café, a nearby pharmacy, a specialist doctor, a shopping mall, a reliable maintenance service, a neighborhood shop, or any trusted spot.
The challenge, however, is that local information is often scattered, outdated, or unclear on social media platforms. Reaching a direct contact number or an accurate map location quickly was a frustrating task. This is why "Amman Now" was created—a beautifully organized local directory built to bridge this gap, helping residents and visitors find verified listings and accurate details instantly.
